If your payment fails, we’ll prompt you to update your payment details so your subscription can continue.
Once your card is updated, your order can be processed and your dog’s meals can get back on track.
1. Go to Bowlsome.au
2. Log in to your customer portal
If you're using a desktop, click on the person icon on the top right of the website

On mobile phone, click on the menu icon on the top left corner and click Login
3. Scroll down to payment details & click update
4. Fill out your new payment details
5. Click update card
Your payment method for my subscription has been updated.
