If your card has expired or is about to expire, you’ll need to update your payment details in your customer portal.

This helps keep your Bowlsome subscription active and avoid delays to upcoming orders.

1. Go to Bowlsome.au

2. Log in to your customer portal

If you're using a desktop, click on the person icon on the top right of the website

On mobile phone, click on the menu icon on the top left corner and click Login

3. Scroll down to payment details & click update

4. Fill out your new payment details

5. Click update card

Your payment method for my subscription has been updated.
