How do I skip a subscription order?Updated 7 days ago

If you don’t need your next order yet, you can skip it through your customer portal.

This gives you more flexibility while keeping your subscription active for future deliveries.

1. Go to Bowlsome.au

2. Log in to your customer portal

If you're using a desktop, click on the person icon on the top right of the website

On mobile phone, click on the menu icon on the top left corner and click Login

3. Click Skip order

4. Your order is skipped to the next delivery schedule
